This is one of my favorite mountain biking trails. There are a few mountain streams that cross the trail and there are some great views of Utah Valley and Provo Canyon from the trail. To go from north to south on the trail, park at Bridal Veil Falls park and walk a short distance up the Provo River Parkway trail to find the trailhead. There is a gradual incline for several miles and then some downhill towards the end, with the option of taking a less step road instead of the steep trail at the end. Going from south to north, go towards East Lawn Memorial Hills Cemetary. The trailhead is about 1/4 mile from the cemetary gate. The trail is extremely steep, but after the steep climb, the rest is downhill and is quite good for mountain biking. There are several side trails, but the main trail is marked. There is a small mudslide that happened last winter toward the north part of the trail, so be careful around that region. Overall, its an excellent trail.
